Our villa is really light and airy with an open plan ground floor providing a modern feel.

The generous accommodation of 120 sq.m. (approx 1300 sq ft) in total ensures plenty of space for relaxation. The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with steps down to a huge sitting and dining room. Glazed doors open up to the edge of the room revealing a very sunny garden with space for dining and sunbathing.

Also on the ground floor is a WC, bath and shower room for use with the double sofabed. The first floor provides a main bedroom with 2 single beds, ample wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This bedroom extends into a lovely seating area with cream rattan furniture with glazed sliding doors which slide back to enjoy the sea views and sunset.

The second bedroom also has 2 single beds and wardrobes and an archway into the en suite shower room.

Parque Santiago 1 has a heated communal pool which is only 30 metres from the villa, with a pool bar and restaurant which is open from 9am until 6pm.
